Time is a trap
It keeps us
in patterned lifestyles
and lifecycles
Keeps our memories
safe but unreachable
We can't go back
Only forwards
Staying in the trap
The trap that is time
Meet deadlines
Get paid
medical treatment
Meet friends and family
fall in love
live and die
all within the trap
The trap of time
