The Transient
An Acrostic Poem

Everyone stares as the moon passes by
Can darkness intimidate light
Light is in hiding, absorbed into “dusk”
Intense, this celestial fight
Pacifist sky, regardless who won
Silhouettes are departing at “dawn”
Earth, once again, welcomes the Sun
