Poem of perspective - take a picture in reverse

Play with the soil of the earth; it smells of anchovies.

Earthworms, leaves, decayed matter oozes between one's fingers.

__

Hand paintings - colors smear across the canvas. Butterflies, grass, trees form.

The heart yearns for symmetry; I say "take a picture in reverse".

__

Jelly on toast, take a bite. Yum!

There, on the corner of your face, a dab lingers. Yuck!

__

Exfoliate dead skin - mud bathing - an ancient tradition that rejuvenates, mind and soul.

I’d rather be in a sweat lodge - as pores release toxins - letting go the fumes of past lives.

__

Is it a thing of pleasure or the thing of discomfort

you love, or you hate. The choice is Yours!
