Her screams scared us all (a true story)

She saw a thing upon the wall
And screamed with all her might.
It had been a quiet evening
Until she screamed with fright.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No one could imagine
Just what evil lurked about.
“It must be a giant demon –
Horrible, no doubt!”
!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All of us went running
To keep “sis” from certain death.
When we finally reached her bedroom,
We were puffing out of breath.
!!!!!!!!!!!!
We thought my sister had succumbed
To a hideous demise,
But could barely keep from laughing
As we stood in great surprise.
!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just as scared as we had been
From her loud and shrieking scream,
On her wall was the smallest baby bullfrog
That we had ever seen.
