The Symphony of Quiet Chaos

A symphony woven without a sound

By Raymond BentumPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read

In the hush before the morning hum,

Where sunlight spills like a muted drum,

A gentle cadence begins to rise,

From whispered winds and waking skies.

The clatter of keys, a hurried pace,

Footsteps weaving through time and space,

Each moment a note, a fragment, a chord,

Life’s quiet chaos, a symphony scored.

The coffee’s steam, a fleeting wisp,

Dreams held tight in a tender grip,

The laughter, the tears, the unspoken sighs,

Compose a melody that never dies.

Streetlights blink in a rhythmic refrain,

The patter of rain, a delicate strain,

Even in discord, harmony hides,

A counterpoint to life’s shifting tides.

The child’s soft cry, the lover’s sweet glance,

The courage to rise, the thrill of a chance,

Each fleeting moment, chaotic, profound,

A symphony woven without a sound.

For in the disarray, beauty is born,

From tangled paths and edges torn,

A song that lingers, a fleeting embrace,

The symphony of quiet chaos, life’s grace.
