The warmth of you brings me joy,
I feel like a child.
Happy, free, and full of life.
My negative thoughts
wash away with the tide
as I lay with my feet touching the hot sand.
Listening to the waves rush in
I am reminded that although pain exists
it is fleeting.
As is happiness and good fortune.
So while I soak you in
I remind myself
Let the bad days go
and let the good days roll.
Pain and sadness can wait another day.
Today
I choose to be happy.
Tu calidez me trae alegría
Me siento como un niño
Feliz, libre y lleno de vida.
Mis pensamientos negativos
lavarse con la marea
mientras yacía con los pies tocando la arena caliente.
Escuchando las olas precipitarse
Me recuerda que aunque el dolor existe
es fugaz.
Como es la felicidad y la buena fortuna.
Así que mientras te sumerjo
Me recuerdo a mi mismo
Deja ir los días malos
y deja que pasen los buenos días.
El dolor y la tristeza pueden esperar otro día.
Hoy dia
Elijo ser feliz.
