The Sun

And the Gift of Light

The sun it rose like a steady dream

Floating gently on the stream

Giving life a freshness to enjoy

And asking the flowers oh so coy

Can you give me a look at your love

If I give the heavens from above

Will you open your petaled arms

And show me your tender charm?

The flowers danced in a swirling state

Always releasing care of their fate

Singing sweetly, softly to the sun

That their expression has just begun

Rise

Come slowly Rise

And in the light of love

Realize

Oh hear me now!

Rise

Come swiftly rise

And in the Sparks above

Fertilize

Take root And shoot yourself higher than the ceiling knows

See how the oaks they grow

with greatness oh so strong, Let me tell you, you belong

Oh and no pattern is wrong

as long as you move to the sun

letting light lift you up, as you blossom, undone

And so it seems

We would appreciate flowing down the stream

Smoothly, smoothly

Let yourself go

Soothe thee, soothe thee

Every one you know

Give and give And

Let your heart live

Fly and fly

My oh my

OH MY OH

My

Oh

My
