✨The Starry Messenger ✨
Galileo Galilei
Stars in your eyes
and your head in the clouds
a thirst for knowledge
You built the
first telescope to
be used to observe
the heavens
persecuted by the Church
full of religion
they could only see
religion vs science
but God gave you
Faith and a curiosity
to see beyond
and up to the
heavens to bring
Him glory.

" There are also celestial bodies and terrestrial bodies; but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. There is one glory of the sun, another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for one star differs from another star in glory.”
I Corinthians 15:40-41 NKJV
