The Space Between Shadows

Hope resides in the space between shadows,

In the glittering chasms of haunted goodbyes,

When we cannot find it in the truths that we expose,

And we see through the pretense straight into the lies.

If we let go of our self-imposed darkness,

And embolden our souls to reach for the light,

We'll capture its brilliance, both vibrant and fleeting,

And welcome the sunrise, like an optimist might.
