The sound of silence

Soothing and frightening

Supreme sovereignty over my suspended heart

If it disappears, my heart will be troubled

Like a spring day when the piano plays

Escaping today's notes, still drifting away

Needing to listen to the world's long rest

Continuing to travel between C and B

Every day, in the detuned silence, I see the key

Acrostic
