In a world of snow, where flurries fly

Each flake falls, with its own design

And amongst them all, there's one that stands

A solitary snowflake, in this frozen land

*

Its shape is unique, with edges so sharp

Its beauty is pure, like a precious harp

It twirls and it dances, in the winter air

A sight to behold, so rare and fair

*

For the solitary snowflake, is a wonder untold

A creation of nature, so intricate and bold

And though it may be small, and often unseen

Its beauty remains, like a dream

*

So next time you see the falling snow

Take a moment, to admire the show

For each flake is special, in its own way

And the solitary snowflake, will take your breath away

*

For in its perfection, lies a truth so grand

That every small thing, is special in this land

And the solitary snowflake, is a reminder of that

A symbol of beauty, in something small and compact.
