I open my eyes

But I can not move

I can hear voices

But I can not see faces

I look around

And see walls with chains

What's going on

Why can't I move

Why is it hard to breathe

What was that

I can not hear the voices

But I hear shuffling

I see the door open

But no one is there

I move my eyes and all of a sudden they're everywhere

People in black

No, people in shadows

I feel them touching me

I hear them telling me

Horrible things

And then there he is

A man with a hat

Not touching just standing

Not speaking just hovering

And then they're all gone

I finally sit up

Catching my breath

I'm back in my room

No longer paralyzed

But afraid to close my eyes
