The River Remembers

Stories flow where water meets the land

Nature and Reflection

The river hums a secret tune, Reflecting sunlight, chasing the moon. Willows bend with whispered grace, Mirroring life in every trace. Pebbles shift, yet tales remain, Of storms endured, of gentle rain. We, like rivers, twist and roam, Always seeking the place called home. The wind carries scents of distant lands, Of forest floors and golden sands. Each ripple tells a story true, Of love once lost, of mornings new. Beneath the surface, quiet and deep, Lie memories the waters keep. Fish glide past in silent flight, And sunlight dances on waves of light. The river does not hurry, does not plead, It teaches patience, teaches need. Every bend, every hidden stream, Carries fragments of a dream. When the storm subsides and clouds retreat, The river flows with a pulse discreet. And so must we, with hearts unbound, Listen to whispers that flow all around. Nature remembers, it never forgets, It holds our joys, our deepest regrets. And in its flow, we learn to see The quiet strength of eternity.
