Let your best be
Positive and Strong.
We have busy lives
and, because of this,
we don’t always remember
to put that effort into being Positive.
The day just goes by
and before we know it,
we’re in bed and ready to go to sleep.
What do you think of
just before you go to sleep?
Thinking of something Positive
before going to sleep
means that you will wake up (hopefully)
with that Positive thought in your head,
which will help
to set you up to have a Positive day.
Will we do our “Best” today?
How has what we did today affected us?
With the right mental attitude
we will do our best,
which will give us the
Confidence
also to accept who we are.
