The Contrast of Time: When Beauty Meets Anxiety

In the 21st century, we're always on the run;

Anxiety and depression, we're never really done.

Competition is high, we must always strive

To be the best, to thrive, to stay alive.

But oh, the 80s, life was so sweet;

Nature was everywhere, beneath our feet.

The world was our playground, so simple and pure;

A time we could rest, a time we could endure.

In the 21st century, the screen is our guide;

The beauty of nature, it seems to hide.

Our minds are overloaded, we can't catch a break;

The world moves so fast, we can't keep up the pace.

But oh, the 80s, life was a dream;

Nature was our sanctuary, our perfect serene.

The world was a canvas, so beautiful and bright;

A time we could cherish, a time we could ignite.
