The promise

of Death

waiting for us

makes me wonder if that's where home lies

screaming in our grief

because they leave us here by ourselves

but maybe not

It must be good

cuz once you're dosed

you're on forever

death might be your true lover

it might

but no rushing anything

they don't come for you until it's time

and you won't be appearing the same

here, anyway

all the stunning impact change

is gonna whomp you out of this place

David says

Death is the real God

and he was a spiritual wizard

one of the hopeful

one of the denied

true brethren

He's not keeping scary secrets

but holding the good surprises

the world is looking now, man

timeless what them shamans know

isn't everyone's cup

pouring forth streams of life force

only some wasting worry on the untouchable beauty

we're incapable of comprehending

until we crack this earthly chain

across the jail of skin

and set ourselves free
