The Power of Silence in the Face of Betrayal

Be silent

By Rohitha LankaPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read

Has anyone betrayed you?

Be silent.

Has anyone hurt you?

Be silent.

Has anyone failed to give you what you deserve, despite your love?

Be silent.

Has anyone insulted you greatly?

Be silent.

Has anyone deceived you?

Be silent.

Is anyone falsely accusing you?

Be silent.

Be so quiet that those people will never hear?

Your voice or see your shadow again.

Promise yourself that you will never look back.

If you keep this promise you will not feel sad.

This silence will choke you with unspoken words.

But it will leave the other person with regret.

The truth is, protest with words because we are afraid of losing.

But you know what?

Those who never valued you as a person, those who made you sad- they were never truly yours.

So, live for yourself, love yourself.

you hava a creator.

Tell him your sorrows, pains desires, and hopes. He will take care of everything.
