The Power of Mindfulness

In the whispers of silence, a refuge is found,

Where the chaos of mind finds tranquil ground.

In each breath, a moment to be,

In mindfulness, we find the key.

With eyes closed, and hearts awake,

In the present moment, our souls partake.

In stillness, we dance, in the vast expanse,

Mindfulness grants us a second chance.

Through storms of thought, and waves of emotion,

We find solace in mindful devotion.

In the power of now, we're truly free,
