The Peony's Serenade
A Blooming Elegance in Nature's Ballet
In gardens fair, where colors bloom,
Amidst the sun's warm afternoon,
There stands a flower, regal and grand,
The peony, with petals so finely fanned.
In shades of pink, from pale to deep,
Their beauty in the heart, they keep,
Like whispered secrets in the breeze,
Among the peonies, one finds ease.
~
Their fragrance sweet, a fragrant trance,
In every petal's graceful dance,
Bees hum their joyful, buzzing song,
In the world of peonies, we belong.
~
~
With roots deep in the earth's embrace,
They bloom with poise, a picture of grace,
Each blossom a masterpiece, refined,
In the garden's tapestry, they're entwined.
~
In rain and sun, they stand so tall,
Through seasons' change, they never fall,
A symbol of love, of beauty's might,
In peonies' presence, we find our light.
~
So let us cherish these flowers rare,
In their elegance, we find a prayer,
For in the peonies' splendid bloom,
We glimpse the beauty of life's sweet perfume.

Like it says above my name is Kailee, though many of my friends call me Kit because I tend to draw foxes a lot in my spare time whenever I'm not writing up a storm. I love writing as you can no doubt tell from how I've been posting.
