I escape from stress, I escape from my burdens.

I want for nothing but the sound of the waves.

In the waves release me from all that troubles me.

My anxiety flies away with each passing wave upon the rocky shore.

The northern coastline is my place of peace, solace, and wholeness.

I live a hurried life that engulfs in anxiety, stress, and, fatigue.

I live in the fast lane and feel that I am constantly on the run.

I cannot slow or others will suffer from my drop in speed.

I find my peace with each crashing wave, the feel of the sun, and the smell of the salt air.

The ocean takes my anxiety as the tide pulls away from the shore, and so goes my anxiety.

The ocean gives many gifts. There is comfort in recieving the gift from teh sea.

The given gifts touch my heart and soul, not unlike the heart-shaped rock given to me from the sea.

I want for nothing but the sounds and smell of the surf. I am at peace and accept the gifts provided by mother earth in the form of the great expanse of the sea.

When I am at the ocean I am free. I am at peace. I am me.
