The most exciting and happiest moments of our lives existed in our childhood days ,

When we all saw each other as siblings instead of strangers ,

Play mates instead competitors

When we were happy for each other's wins instead of being jealous of one another s accomplishments

and honestly we all thought it will even be better when we grew up because we had hopes and dreams that we would finally be free as adults to do what we want

But unfortunately

We saw the growth that seperated us from our childhood friends as a result of the different paths in life we all had to choose ,

We saw ourselves leave behind our pure hearts and turn to what we no longer recognize because we got scared of betrayal so we choose to betray others first ,

We see ourselves earn a living by working to pay bills doing a job that kills our spirit with unhappiness and unfulfillment

And we see ourselves only cling to childhood memories and wish we could go back because all we have left of what we used to enjoy as children is the nostalgia we feel when we come in contact with something that takes us back to the old days

This is the pain of Growing up
