Went over a giant mountain

It took me across adventures

Something in my heart

told me to go

-

Where did I end up?

Where did I wonder?

I walked blindly

Not seeing the magic of my life

-

Now, I’ve travelled across this lousy hill

that provided many thrills

Like a doomed spirit

always looking for answers

-

It felt like I was in a dream

or maybe I was just daydreaming

People talking about my plights

pointing at a fool in their thoughts

-

I have seen the face of death

stealing lives and smiling with its evil grin

The darkest places in this realm

didn’t break me down

-

All those thoughts gone

disappeared into the wind

like a lonely tear plummeting into the sea

Now I strive the other way

-
