In this world, what truly belongs to you is actually quite limited.

In the end, you’ll find that only two things accompany you to the very end: your body and your mind.

With a healthy body, you have the strength to live, to choose, and to take responsibility. With a stable mind, you won’t be led astray by the world or lose yourself in impatience and comparison.

Many people believe that being "good" means running fast, enduring long, and never letting an opportunity slip by. But those who truly go far know how to leave themselves a way out.

With good health, a functional life, and the ability to eat and sleep well, this world still has plenty of space for you. Keep a positive mindset—no rush, no anxiety, no internal conflict—and you’ll gradually discover that happiness isn't difficult; it has always been around you.

Therefore, take good care of your health and your emotions. Not because you are fragile, but because you deserve to be treated well.

When your body is stable and your mind is at peace, you have already preserved the most important asset of your life.
