Poem # 09 : “ The Nature's Weil ”
The moon, a pale witness in the sky
Reflects on nature's mournful sigh
As forests burn and oceans weep
The scars of greed run dark and deep
A requiem for a world once bright, now lost
In nature's Lament, the ultimate cost
The rivers mourn like the banshee
Their waters choked with dread
The forest weep, it's branches bled
Human inflict wounds nature can't mend
Nature's Lament echoes far and wide
A mournful cry for planet in decline
The winds now whisper a somber tale
Of a world that once thrived, now frail
About the Creator
