The Mirror

Changes Of The Sky

By CYLMOAPublished 5 years ago 1 min read
The Mirror

I saw the summer sky,

it was pink-yellow,

orange, bright,

I felt my heart aching,

felt like it was fading -

I looked in the mirror,

saw nothing but pieces,

it was broken, sharp,

torn by the edges.

I saw the autumn sky,

it was violet-grey,

deep green-brown,

I felt my heart shaking,

felt like it was waking -

I looked at the mirror,

it was laying on the floor,

so restless,

all the pieces alone.

I saw the winter sky,

it was azure-blue,

black and white,

I felt my heart talking,

felt like it was craving -

I kneeled down by the mirror

and grabbed all the pieces,

they were soft, thick,

I could hear them all singing.

I saw the spring sky,

it was golden-red,

rainbow-dye,

I felt my heart beating,

felt like it was flaming -

I looked at my hands,

the mirror was nowhere,

My skin was shining,

with all the colors of the Earth,

And all the broken pieces

were lost forever.
