I never had enough in me to send it.

The message, after so long.

After a whole year of us not talking,

I was still thinking of you.

Ready to send it, hoping that you still loved me.

That we were just two long lost souls,

meant to be.

The message never went though.

It never went through, because I never sent it.

I couldn't say the words.

The three simple syllables.

I love you.

Because I knew you'd never feel the same...
