When you look at old photographs
They are colourless
Bland
Full of hopelessness
No emotions are conveyed
The world seems lonely
Yet when we add colour
The world suddenly seems
So full of hope
Full to the brim with cheer
Colour adds hope, it adds dreams
Maybe without colour
We wouldn't know happiness
