The Meanders of the Spirit

Journey to the Heart of Wandering Thoughts

In the deep calm, where silence dances,

I often stray, in a huge world.

My thoughts fly, light as feathers,

Weaving paths, through mist.

The hours slip away, without noise or brightness,

And in my dreams, I sometimes lose the step.

A breath of wind, a fragile glow,

Carries me further, to a futile horizon.

In this maze, without door or key,

Ideas float, seeking truth.

They swirl, collide, embrace,

Like waves, which slowly fade.

I see myself elsewhere, in unknown places,

Strange cities, skies never seen.

The walls of my room suddenly disappear,

I travel endlessly, between yesterday and tomorrow.

Every thought is a star’s splendor,

Who shines for a moment, before taking sail.

I seek answers, to endless questions,

In this gentle tumult, I finally surrender.

But sometimes in this flow I exhaust myself,

To run after dreams in betrayal.

Thoughts are chained, without rest or truce,

And I get lost in this dream whirl.

Lost in thoughts, feet in the clouds,

I sail without compass, in this sweet journey.

And when I return, eyes heavy with light,

The world seems quieter, clearer.
