The Magic of Childhood
A Collection of Children's Poems
In the land of make-believe,
Where the sky is always blue,
Where dragons breathe fire,
And unicorns prance anew.
There's a place where children go,
To play and laugh and dream,
Where they build castles in the sand,
And sail the ocean's stream.
They search for hidden treasure,
In the woods and meadows green,
And they chase after butterflies,
In a world that's yet unseen.
They dance with fairies in the moonlight,
And climb mountains high,
They discover secret hideouts,
Beneath a clear blue sky.
They imagine worlds beyond,
What grown-ups know as true,
And in their minds, they journey far,
To a place where dreams come true.
In the magic of childhood,
There's wonder to behold,
Where imagination knows no bounds,
And adventure never grows old.
So let us cherish this time,
Where the world is full of glee,
For the magic of childhood,
Is where we long to be.
