The Kingdom of God

I have just realized
That ignorance was like a veil
Before my eyes
And I might have removed it.
I am tired of lies
Not just politics
But religion too
And even science.
They taught us lies
Like materialism
And fake doctrines
Like fear and hate.
I began to contemplate as a child
Something didn't quite feel right
My own physical body
Didn't tell the whole story.
I was an androgynous being
Female at birth
But with unclear features voice and gait
Neither gay nor straight.
Boy inside with a girl body
That didn't quite fit
So I tried to delete my breasts
But that isn't the answer either.
On one side the body alien to me
On the other side false spirituality
I was confused
Jumping from identity to identity.
I never felt free:
Not from my injections of testosterone
Not from alcohol
Smokes and weed,
And this desperate need to be loved.
They've pulled the wool before our eyes
Mainstream religion lies
The ancients had it right
We are all One.
One conscious reality
One genius mind
More math than matter
A symphony.
The ancient knowledge declared heretic
Witches burned at the stake
The Inquisition
An age of darkness.
But a New Age will come
Where I don't hate myself
And neither will you and you
A ripple effect from one single person.
They separated us by gender
Race and religion
Us versus Them
But Dualism is false.
I have gone by many names
But I am one and the same
The Gnostics were right
Plato, Pythagoras and modern physics.
Hinduism got closest
They talked Brahman and Atman
Before Christianity and Islam
Tried to colonize the world.
I don't know much
But this much is true:
If I love me and I love you
Then you love you, too,
And all is true.
One enlightened mind
Just one spark
Can start the fire
That will change the world.
Look within
For even Christ himself said:
The Kingdom of God is
