A worn leather jacket, soft and supple as a summer breeze

Enfolds me in its gentle grasp, a comforting embrace

Like a lover's arms, it holds me close, a reassuring squeeze

A shield against the world's harsh gaze, a refuge from life's wild pace

Its creased and faded surface tells a story of its own

Of laughter, tears, and memories, etched like lines on a worn stone

The scent of smoke and coffee wafts, a nostalgic treat

As I slip into its familiar warmth, my heart finds a cozy seat

Like a security blanket, it wraps me snug and tight

A symbol of protection, a beacon in the dark of night
