Because why not?

As soon as I met the alien, they and me went online,

The Internets the best use of their time and mine.

What's this interweb thing, they innocently asked me

I told them to sit behind computers and soon they'll see.

Soon they were instantly hooked,

Their eyes very interested looked.

They scrolled through a social media site,

In fact on it they stayed up all night.

They went on a video sharing platform,

But here they couldn't much perform.

They tried their best to get some views,

But soon their videos were old news.

They then stumbled on an engine used to search,

Thought it was some place to sell their merch.

They managed to get their websites confused,

But anyway by now the engine was disused.

They came across an online bookstore,

But the contents of it were a bore.

Next they found some videos of some cats,

One was grumpy and one sat on some mats.

Lastly I found them playing some online games,

Here some dudes apparently pretend to be dames.

Finally the alien found their online shangrilla,

As on Runescape they killed Zezima!
