I was raised to be my father’s princess and to be my mother’s partner in crime

I don’t know how it came to be that I became what I was taught to look for

Starting at a young age I was trained to look for certain qualities in a man

I am generous: A man who picks up the check

I am adventurous: A man who isn’t afraid to try new things

I am funny: A man who keeps life interesting

I am strong: A man who supports their loved ones

I am smart: A man who leads to the right direction
