The Horse

inverse

Life gallops down the hill-

Death on it's hide-

Buking a saddle-

The wind sweeping life's mane into figurines of mystical creatures-

The terrains change-

Icy and unmanageable-

Muddy and sinking-

Rocky and uneven-

Flowery and low impact-

Grassy and steady-

A flickering View Master-

Life learned to run-

A gate opens-

It's quiet-

The sun and moon glide in unison-

The air is peace-

Life strolls across a pasture

Stream of Consciousnesssurreal poetry

Your evocative description of life's journey as a horse traveling over many terrains well conveys the spirit of life's grace and unpredictability.
