It’s less about what you…

…See on the homestead to spark your faith in creation; it might not appeal to your eyes’ satisfaction; but when you feel with your heart you learn there’s more than mere observation.

When you hear the…

…Sound of your children’s laughter instead of the buzz of the television; or the rooster in the coop as he crows his celebration; and the elk in the trees as they preach God’s religion.

When you first…

…Smell the rain where you dance in pure fascination; or the sourdough you’ve practiced for weeks to the end of perfection; or smell the morning dew, a day to start off new, a testament of God’s redemption.

When you…

…Taste the bread born from a slow fermentation; or the seed that you grew finally come to fruition; when you drink the raw milk they said was forbidden; each flavor designed with His loving intention.

When you…

…Touch the herbs to your skin and learn nature’s medication; or the grass underfoot as you race in ambition; or the dirt you turned by hand in the garden of anticipation: the Father’s earthly state of exaltation.

The homestead opens your…

…Spirit to a realm past sheer observation; where God blesses your heart with this holy ordination; our assignment on Earth, to teach the next generation; about our Father in heaven and His blessed restoration.
