The Hive

A Poem

Welcome to the Hive

With more pricks than porcupines

Derelicts abundance Don't associate with dormant minds

Outside of mine

Interstellar, Close

Encounters Fourth Kind

Abducting pantomimes design

Usurp upon a fiendish grind

Facade sublime

Terrorize

Patrons blind

Reluctant hardly

Savored time

Trust is severed

Bridges burned, repaved sturdy

Capers brew

Engage for loot

To gloat among a crowd or two

Respect is misconstrued

and lewd

But condoned by malicious groups Misanthropic interlude

Mysagonistic plentiful

Fornicate to alleviate

The pain within this cubicle

Narcotic, mass consumption

Impairing motor functions

Narcissism we're imprisoned

Some won't listen

So, they're showing you...

The void they're glued

Adhesive been applied

to fool the network

Enterprise tantalize us

With disguises

Shrewd,

Divide us

To confine us

To the rules ensued

The prison system

And food chains

Upsize with large lies consumed
