The High Road

Rollin' Blowed

I should probably stop driving while high

Unbreakable is the bond between my car, my weed, and I

I crave cruising, smooth tunes, and pot smoke

Dare my passenger to crack my window, he just has to choke

Then, in just a few minutes THC kicks in

Eyes low, smiling wide, I enjoy the breeze from the wind

It feels like I'm speeding but 20 mph is definitely slow

Paranoid, every time I see headlights I think it's the po-po;

People laugh in my ride because I get so high

So high I'm waiting for the light to turn green, but sitting at a stop sign

It's a good thing I do this mostly at night

I'd have lunch hour traffic backed up at a flashing red light

Now, not far from home I think 'I haven't seen a cruiser all night'

And as sure as I'm fried one pulls up on my right

Stiff as a board I stare straight ahead, you know, playing it cool

Still high as hell, I think he somehow knows, too

Of course, he goes on by and I'm pissed about the roaches I threw

Finally home my high is officially blew

I think to my self, 'I have to stop driving high'

Then I laugh at my self saying, "Nah, I'll just bring air freshener next time.
