The heart of the matter.

It is the heart, that all matters begin.

The very inspiration towards all pursuits,

And the desire to proceed with anything at all.

The words with speak, either wise or foolish,

The actions we take, either courageously or in fear,

The promises we make, either prudent or with a lack of understanding,

The love we show, to friend or even foe.

The heart, is the reflection of the depth of ones personality,

It is the measure of ones quality,

It is the content of ones mettle,

The abstract concepts that define the worthiness of ones character,

And the faith we have we have when all hope seems to fade into darkness, and despair.

The heart, is the beginning, middle, and the end of every matter.

May it be strong and ever flow with a constant stream of love,
