All
my
dreams
are tainted
By your death
Even when I'm dreaming of you
You're not there
When I wake up
Even when I'm not dreaming of you
the sense of loss is so great
It would be easier to stay in the dream
the falling asleep and waking up
are the hardest parts

the falling asleep and waking up are the hardest parts These lines are like so freaking true. That epiphany is just so painful. Lots of love and hugs for you! 🍩🥐
Tragic but beautifully written. Sorry for your loss
Truth. Bitter, tearful truth. And the evidence of great love.
This one really hits home for me Paul. It creates that reminder of that familiar feeling of loss, that tightness in your chest and ache for the one you've lost. You did a beautiful job capturing and illustrating a feeling that's hard to articulate! 💜 I love when someone else's work can express what I can't find words to say myself! Great work Paul!💖
WHAT! That's it?? (I feel like my heart got wrenched out of my chest and then abandoned in a snowy forest) Ugh I feel so so much from this. If it's based on real events, I'm so sorry for your loss. 😵😭😩
