This time of year brings up deep reminders of gratitude and thankfulness. A time of year when it’s more prominent in our thoughts. At the forefront. Giving thanks.
Here to remind us that every day we can take time to enter our grateful flow. Develop a practice. Make it special.
Visualize a few things you are grateful for today. As you think of each one take a pause. Harness the feeling that is arising. Hold that feeling. Take a minute. Then think of your next pearl to add. Repeat again.
