What destroyed me was deeper than
the imprint of your body on the left side of the mattress.
You always knew I hated the left side, but you, my right hand, loved the side I hated.
You complimented me,
Physically, and every way following that //
I could stare into the flowers around your iris
Or I could tell you what your love did to me...
It killed me.
I’m now in limbo of life and death.
I was in love with everything you did to the way you wouldn’t even do a thing, it burned into the deepest part of my soul.
When you left
you left a piece of yourself with me,
but I chose to forgave you
