Strange events
they became everyday banalities
dreams can change lives
in a relentless manner
as simple as reality
which can change at any time
in a nightmare
it has been here with me
as it has been with so many others
do not try to remember
what I look like it told me
I did not try to remember
what it looked like
I cannot describe it with words
even if I compared it
to the flame of a candle
I remember this event
when on the seashore
I see a ship at sea
sinking
and which instead of a mast has
a candle with a flame
I have seen once
