In the barren land, stiff trees and sand
Harsh scorching air and a dusty layer
Dazzling rays of sun felt no more fun
Glare of the heat burnt both my feet
Suffocating 'around', to which I was bound
Wished to see crisp, and enchanting sound
Heavens responded— I was unbounded
My pupil witnessed a sparky blessing
My first frost, first day, first host
Glow on the street, it was all a treat
A new discovery, pieces of flurry
White pearls from sky, disappeared; 'my worry'
Bare step on crystal brought on a giggle
Feeling was miraculous, it was perfect—fabulous
My ecstasy bawled, but what was it called?
I was intrigued yet a small kid screamed,
"He he~ Do you know? It's called the snow!"
They rolled another ball after one throw
It was my first time, It was before 9
Snow frost and I, looked into the eye
I hugged it tight, It was the best sight
I felt it in my hand, instead of sand
While I was vaguely zoning out, the little kid once again did shout,
"See? What was God's plan? Meet my cute, sweet Snowman!"
