The First Fallen Rose

No. 1

By rosv lindPublished 8 years ago • 1 min read

It’s been the longest while since I let my brain control my strokes on the keyboard, it’s been the longest while since I let my emotions take control of my writing.

So here we are—on Valentine’s Day, and I am writing. Heart on sleeve, fingers on keyboard, thoughts in motion.

This is yet to be my first of many entries, how am I doing?—Wait, don’t answer that yet.

This is the first fallen rose. In other words, this is the first rock I’ll skim into the lakes of oblivion.

I’m going to write my story, emotions, and experiences all down.

I guess I’ll just leave this here for now.
