The Final Frontier
Wonders of space exploration and human colonisation; poem.

The universe is vast, a canvas of stars, A tapestry woven with light from afar. And there, in the depths of the endless night, Humanity dreamed of a wondrous sight.
They dreamed of the planets beyond their reach, Of the secrets they held and the lessons they’d teach. They dreamed of the stars, so bright and so bold, And the stories they told of the heroes of old.
And so they set out, with courage and skill, To explore the cosmos, to seek and fulfill. The promise of knowledge, the thrill of the chase, The wonder of seeing a new world’s face.
They journeyed through space, with hope in their hearts, And faced every challenge, with strength and with smarts. They built new colonies, on world far and wide, And forged new alliances, with those by their side.
In every new land, they found something new, A treasure, a marvel, a dream come true. They found new ways of living, new ways of being, And the beauty of life, in all its meaning.
So they continued, with wonder and awe, To explore the universe, to find what they saw. They knew that the journey was never complete, But the promise of tomorrow, was always so sweet.
For the universe was vast, a canvas of stars, A tapestry woven with light from afar, And there, in the depths of the endless night, Humanity dreamed of a wondrous sight.
