The Fear from Growing Older

I fear for that which is to come

Time! Time!! Time!!!

Will you ever slowdown?

Can you please slowdown the process of growth?

Can you lessen the rate at which I age?

Aging, the thought of it sends shivers down my spine

Growth, the rise and fall of man

Agility, intelligence and beauty are intertwined with growth

Man grows up to agility, intelligence and beauty

When he reaches the peak in all aspect

He is said to be at his prime

The best time of his life when:

He is most agile

He is most smart, fast thinking and intelligent

After man reaches his peak

His fall stars to commence

His agility will diminish and get weak

The strong and fast reflexive muscles will gradually become frail

His brain gets older and unable to keep up with the track of things

Pale and ruddy will his skin become

Wrinkles starts showing up on his once glowing skin

Beauty starts to lose its lustrous yes

The watery and alluring eyes becomes dim

The ever shiny black hair will become gray

The multi-styled hair starts to fall

The white sparklingly teeth turn yellow

After a while, the teeth start to fall

The gorgeous shape will lose its form

The sturdy appearance becomes shaky

The breath taking and stunning appearance

Will become a thing of the past

The coquettish and deep captivating voice becomes hoarse

This process of growth is unstoppable

Man will keep growing

Experiencing his rise and fall through the process called growth

From young age to middle-age to old age

Nearing his end; man grows pale and specter thin and dies

Aging ends here

The process of growth ends

The end of a man’s life ends the process of growth
