A look, a smile, feelings not felt for a while,

it's temptations ugly head.

Promises made, betrayal too vile,

together done part, only when one partner's dead.

*

Loneliness, the exile, stretching night after night,

forgetting for that moment, the one you promised forever.

It was only a fight,

it was your mistake that left you in stormy weather.

*

Temptations abound in the world of men,

so don't you question if?

You should rather question when

because knowing how many others would make you so sick.

*

Just a little taste,

it's nothing that will matter.

That little mistake,

led to you being sadder.

*

Crossing a bigger line,

going deeper into the darkness,

nothing is ever fine,

your intuition at its' sharpest.

*

The damages in your road

adding up in your head,

knowing that well it will not bode,

if found are your dead.

*

Drowned sorrows abound,

not enough drinks you can find.

Painfully knowing you're going down

at the end of your time.

*

A fall lies before you,

avoidable it is not.

Fallen one you'll be too,

in hell is where you're soul will rot.

*

Welcome to the fallen ones,

your soul never to be found.

I have always enjoyed writing and exploring new ideas, new beliefs, and the dreams that rattle around inside my head. I have enjoyed the current state of science, human progress, fantasy and existence and write about them when I can.
