For some, it's wealth, or fame, or a ball.

For others, it's kindness, or a helping hand,

Or to travel the world, or walk on the sand.

But whatever the essence of life may be,

It's what makes us happy and sets us free.

It's that spark within that keeps us alive,

Through the good times, and those we strive.

So cherish the essence of life every day,

For it's a gift that won't forever stay.

Embrace every moment, and keep it close,
