The drought

nature's last plea

By The illest writerPublished 11 months ago Updated 10 months ago 1 min read

A plea never heard by humanity.

A humanity filled of greedy souls.

From the cries of the newborn.

To the blow-up of the big horn.

Time past in a flash of a light,

packed in a dread of a sight.

Unveiling the selfishness of nature explorers.

The reckless minds of world war settlers.

And, too far, the ever stinginess of raw materials seekers.

Hearing from the wide range vicinity, the sigh of a bored camel,

creeping all along the Sahara desert, to the Siberians cradle.

Seeking for a refuge from the barren soil of nature laws' dismantlers.

Soothing the wails of the Ethiopian mothers, by fostering their children's ever last glee.

For we hope that time will prevail, by answering to the call of nature's last plea.
