The Dream

So perfect, so Zen

In your dreams, you know what things you want,

In your dreams you know how to reach for the stars,

In your dreams you know the way,

You know how to make it all come down.

The dream is a dream, a mistake;

Ambient sounds, soft light,

Aromas of the past

And the present.

The dream

Is the mysterious space between

A door and a ceiling

Where all of our dreams are stored.

And you don't know the key

To the door, and you don't know the key to the ceiling,

The Dream

The movie begins,

I just don't know how,

I saw the nose of the train,

But there was a cloud,

Not a tree,

Not a mountain,

And not a bridge.

It's a dream

To drift into the night.

The stars above,

And the moon below.
